Weingarten Realty Investors (NYSE: WRI) reported Q3 EPS of $0.51, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.50. Revenue for the quarter came in at $130.52 million versus the consensus estimate of $126.8 million.

Weingarten Realty Investors sees FY2014 EPS of $2.01-$2.03, versus prior guidance of $1.95-$2.01 and the consensus of $2.01.
