JAKKS Pacific (JAKK) Tops Q3 EPS by 4c; Boosts FY14 Outlook

JAKKS Pacific (NASDAQ: JAKK) reported Q3 EPS of $1.03, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.99. Revenue for the quarter came in at $349.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $321.74 million.

JAKKS Pacific sees FY2014 EPS of $0.64 - $0.67, versus prior guidance of $0.2. - $0.30 and the consensus of $0.35. JAKKS Pacific sees FY2014 revenue of $750 - $760 million, versus prior guidance of $660 - $6770 million and the consensus of $671.8 million. Excluding the second quarter restructuring charge of $1.2 million, EBITDA is now expected to be in the range of $51 million to $53 million, an increase from the previous EBITDA guidance in the range of $43 million to $45 million.
