Covanta Holding (NYSE: CVA) reported Q3 EPS of $0.26, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $414 million versus the consensus estimate of $427.8 million. The Company is reaffirming guidance for 2014.
