Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. (Nasdaq: TTWO) 22% LOWER; received grand jury subpoenas issued by the District Attorney of the County of New York requesting production of documents, covering various periods beginning on October 1, 2001, including those relating to: the knowledge of the Company's officers and directors regarding the creation, inclusion and programming of hidden scenes (commonly referred to as "hot coffee") in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, the submission of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas to the Entertainment Software Rating Board for a rating, and the Company's disclosures regarding hot coffee

ev3, Inc. (Nasdaq: EVVV) 8.4% HIGHER; announced the FDA 510(k) clearance of the SpideRX Embolic Protection Device to contain and remove embolic debris during treatment of coronary artery saphenous vein bypass graft lesions with PTCA and/or stent placement.

Marvell Technology Group Ltd. (Nasdaq: MRVL) 8% LOWER; Buys Intel Comm and Processor Unit for $600M which they said will initially be dilutive.

Univision Communications Inc. (NYSE: UVN) 6.4% HIGHER; a group including Madison Dearborn Partners, Providence Equity Partners, Texas Pacific Group, Thomas H. Lee Partners and Saban Capital Group, announced they have signed a definitive agreement under which the group will acquire Univision for $36.25 per share in cash.

Eagle Materials Inc. (NYSE: EXP) 6.2% HIGHER; raised its earnings guidance for the first quarter to $1.10 to $1.20 per diluted share, which is an approximate 10% increase from its previously announced first quarter guidance of $1.00 to $1.10 per diluted share. Eagle also increased its annual guidance for fiscal 2007 from $3.67 to $4.00 per diluted share to $4.40 to $4.70 per diluted share, an approximate 20% increase.

Tribune Company (NYSE: TRB) 6% HIGHER; said based on the preliminary count by the depositary for the tender offer, Tribune expects to acquire approximately 45 million shares of its common stock at a price of $32.50 per share.

Home Solutions of America Inc. (AMEX: HOM) 5.7% LOWER; announced that there will be a delay in the listing of its common stock on The Nasdaq National Market System as a result of requests from the Nasdaq staff for additional information in connection with the listing process.

SunOpta, Inc. (Nasdaq: STKL) 5% HIGHER; entered into an exclusive licensing arrangement with Mikro-Technik GmbH & Co. KG of Burgstadt, Germany (Mikro-Technik) for the sales, marketing and distribution of Mikro-Technik's wheat and bamboo fibers, and its powdered cellulose products in North America

Palm, Inc. (Nasdaq: PALM) 3.6% HIGHER; takeover chatter, RBC upgrades to Outperform

DuPont (NYSE: DD) 2.9% LOWER; Vivendi sold its stake DuPont stake for $671 million

Cephalon Inc. (Nasdaq: CEPH) 2.8% LOWER; announced today that data from its Phase III clinical program evaluating GABITRIL for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) did not reach statistical significance on the primary study endpoints.

Healthways Inc. (Nasdaq: HWAY) 2.6% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.26, the consensus of $0.21. Revenues came in at $106.8 million versus the consensus of $104.6 million. Healthways raised its previously established earnings guidance for fiscal 2006 to a range of $1.17 to $1.20 per diluted share, which includes the expected impact of the Company's LTI of $0.25 per diluted share, from the previous range of $1.16 to $1.19 per diluted share.

General Motors Corporation (NYSE: GM) 2% HIGHER; announcing that approximately 35,000 hourly employees (33,800 UAW- represented and 1,200 IUE-CWA-represented) have agreed to participate in the accelerated attrition program.

LAM Research Corp. (Nasdaq: LRCX) 2% HIGHER; UBS upgrades to Buy

Intel Corp. (Nasdaq: INTC) 1.5% HIGHER; Marvell Technology Buys Intel Comm and Processor Unit for $600M.

Genentech Inc. (NYSE: DNA) 1.3% LOWER; announced that a Phase III trial of Avastin in combination with gemcitabine chemotherapy as first-line treatment for advanced pancreatic cancer did not meet its primary endpoint of overall survival.

Richardson Electronics Ltd. (Nasdaq: RELL) INDICATED HIGHER; announced preliminary fourth quarter sales of approximately $172 million, a 17% increase over sales of $147 million in the fourth quarter of last year. The Wall Street consensus is $159 million.

InFocus Corp. (Nasdaq: INFS) INDICATED LOWER; said second quarter results will be below previously issued guidance. The Company currently expects that revenues will be down from first quarter revenues of $112 million. The Wall Street consensus is $122.1 million.
