V.F. Corp. (NYSE: VFC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $1.28 annualized. This is a 21.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2625.

The dividend will be payable on December 19, 2014, to stockholders of record on December 9, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of December 5, 2014.
