OCI Resources (OCIR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5% to $0.525; 10% Yield

OCI Resources (NYSE: OCIR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.525 per share, or $2.1 annualized. This is a 5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.50.

The dividend will be payable on November 14, 2014, to stockholders of record on October 31, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of October 29, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 10 percent.
