E-mailAmeriServ Financial (NASDAQ: ASRV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.01 per share, or $0.04 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on November 17, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 3, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of October 30, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
