Syntel, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYNT) reported Q3 EPS of $1.47, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $1.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $228.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $236.96 million.

Syntel, Inc. sees FY2014 EPS of $5.60-$5.70, versus prior guidance of $5.5-$5.65 and the consensus of $5.62.
