Fairchild Semiconductor (NASDAQ: FCS) reported Q3 EPS of $0.28, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $381.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $378.33 million.

Fairchild Semiconductor sees Q4 2014 revenue of $340-360 million, versus the consensus of $367.5 million.
