Penske Automotive Group (PAG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5% to $0.21; 2.2% Yield

Penske Automotive Group (NYSE: PAG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share, or $0.84 annualized. This is a 5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.20.
The dividend will be payable on December 1, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 10, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of November 6, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
Penske Automotive Group President Robert H. Kurnick, Jr., said, "We are pleased to offer our shareholders another increase in the quarterly dividend. The increase in the dividend reflects our commitment to increasing returns for shareholders and reinforces the continued confidence we have in the strength of the auto retail market and our ability to continue growing our overall business."
