RPM International (RPM) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8.3% to $0.26; 2.4% Yield

RPM International (NYSE: RPM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share, or $1.04 annualized. This is an 8.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.24.

The dividend will be payable on October 31, 2014, to stockholders of record on October 20, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of October 16, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
