Ubiquiti Networks (NASDAQ: UBNT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, or $0.68 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on October 28, 2014, to stockholders of record on October 17, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of October 15, 2014.
