Progress Software (NASDAQ: PRGS) reported Q3 EPS of $0.39, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $79.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $79.7 million.

Progress Software sees Q4 2014 EPS of $0.44-$0.47, versus the consensus of $0.44. Progress Software sees Q4 2014 revenue of $96-100 million, versus the consensus of $95.96 million.

Progress Software sees FY2014 EPS of $1.47-$1.50, versus prior guidance of $1.38-$1.45 and the consensus of $1.42. Progress Software sees FY2014 revenue of $331-335 million, versus the consensus of $331.05 million.
