International Bancshares (IBOC) Raises Semi-Annual Dividend 8% to $0.27; 2.1% Yield

International Bancshares Corp (NASDAQ: IBOC) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.27 per share, or $0.54 annualized. This is an 8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.

The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 26, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
