W. P. Carey (WPC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 4.4% to $0.94; 5.6% Yield

W. P. Carey (NYSE: WPC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.94 per share, or $3.76 annualized. This is a 4.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.90.

The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 26, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.6 percent.
