Layne Christensen Co (NASDAQ: LAYN) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.63), $0.14 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.49). Revenue for the quarter came in at $210.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $217.17 million.
Total backlog rose 8.0% to $497.2 million from $460.5 million at Q4 FY 2014.
