E-mailTri-Continental (NYSE: TY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.625 per share, or $2.5 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on September 23, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 11, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 11.7 percent.
