EastGroup Properties (NYSE: EGP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.57 per share, or $2.28 annualized. This is a 5.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.54.
The dividend will be payable on September 30, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 19, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 17, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
