Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (NYSE: RPT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is a 6.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1875.

The dividend will be payable on October 1, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 19, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 17, 2014.
