Vector Group (NYSE: VGR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 26, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 11, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.7 percent.

Additionally, the Company declared its regular annual stock dividend of 5% for the 16th consecutive year
