Salem Communications (NASDAQ: SALM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.0625 per share, or $0.25 annualized. This is a 4.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.060.

The dividend will be payable on September 30, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 16, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 12, 2014.
