CFC International (Nasdaq: CFCI) 45.2% HIGHER; Company entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by an affiliate of Illinois Tool Works Inc. (NYSE: ITW) for $16.75 cash per share.

PRAECIS Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: PRCS) 35.5% LOWER; Reported that it will not be able to enter into by June 30, 2006 a license or sale transaction with respect to its Plenaxis assets. The Company said it will cease its previously announced process to identify and consummate such a transaction.

Qiao Xing Universal Telephone (Nasdaq: XING) 21.6% HIGHER; Reported 2005 net sales of US$ 356 million, increasing by 42.4% over that for 2004. XING saw income from operations increased by around 400% to US$ 45 million, compared with US$ 8 million for 2004. XING reported net income of US$ 31 million, compared with US$ 3 million for 2004, an increase of 987%.

Actuant Corporation (NYSE: ATU) 18.2% LOWER; Reports Q3 EPS of $0.78 (excluding items), in-line with estimates. Revenues were $316.7 million vs. $310.93 million consensus. ATU sees 2007 EPS between $3.15-3.35 per diluted share vs. $3.45 consensus. Bear Stearns downgrades ATU from Outperform Peer Perform

Discovery Laboratories (Nasdaq: DSCO) 17% HIGHER; The company said it engaged Jefferies & Company to assist the Company in identifying and evaluating strategic alternatives intended to enhance the future growth potential of the Company's surfactant replacement therapy pipeline and maximize shareholder value.

Golf Galaxy, Inc. (Nasdaq: GGXY) 15% LOWER; Company reports Q1 EPS of $0.22, 2 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $82.52 million vs. $83.96 million consensus. GGXY sees Q2 revenues between $98-$102 million vs. $106.82 million consensus. GGXY sees Q2 EPS between $0.59-$0.62 vs. $0.66 consensus.

Arotech Corporation (Nasdaq: ARTX) 13% HIGHER; Announced that its Simulation and Training Division, through its FAAC subsidiary, has experienced continued successes in each of its main business areas totaling over $4.9M in recent orders.

FactSet Research Systems (NYSE: FDS) 9.9% HIGHER; The company reported Q3 (GAAP) EPS of $0.41, 2 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $98.82 million vs. $96.55 million consensus. FDS sees Q4 revenues between $102-$105 million vs. consensus of $98.73 million.

Gildan Activewear (NYSE: GIL) 7.9% HIGHER; Announced it has entered into an agreement to purchase 100% of the equity of Kentucky Derby Hosiery Co., Inc., a U.S. hosiery manufacturer based in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. The total purchase price, including the assumption of all of Kentucky Derby's debt, is approx. U.S. $45 million.

Trinity Industries (NYSE: TRN) 6.5% HIGHER; increased its earnings guidance for the second quarter of 2006 to a range of $0.60 to $0.65 per diluted share. The previously reported guidance for the second quarter was $0.52 to $0.57. The Wall Street consensus is $0.57.

Meadowbrook Insurance (NYSE: MIG) 6.5% LOWER; BB&T Capital downgraded MIG from Hold to Underweight.
