Bank of Montreal (NYSE: BMO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.78 per share, or $3.12 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on November 26, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 3, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of October 30, 2014.
