Evans Bancorp (NYSE: EVBN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share, or $1.36 annualized. This is a 9.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.31.

The dividend will be payable on October 7, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 16, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 12, 2014.
