Vanguard Natural Resources (NASDAQ: VNR) declared a monthly dividend of $0.21 per share, or $2.52 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 12, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 2, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 28, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.5 percent.
