Corrections Corp of America (NYSE: CXW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.51 per share, or $2.04 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on October 2, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 30, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 5.8 percent.
