WuXi PharmaTech (WX) Tops Q2 EPS by 2c, Guides Revenue Slightly Higher at Mid-Point

WuXi PharmaTech (NYSE: WX) reported Q2 EPS of $0.49, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $163.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $162.11 million.

WuXi PharmaTech sees FY2014 EPS of $1.82-$1.86, versus prior guidance of $1.8-$1.85 and the consensus of $1.84. WuXi PharmaTech sees FY2014 revenue of $665-670 million, versus prior guidance of $660-670 million and the consensus of $669.74 million.
