Chemed Corp. (NYSE: CHE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.20.

The dividend will be payable on September 3, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 18, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 14, 2014.
