First Citizens Bancshares (NASDAQ: FCNCA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on October 6, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 11, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.5 percent.
