Susser Holdings Corp (SUSS) Misses Q2 EPS by 27c

Susser Holdings Corp (NYSE: SUSS) reported Q2 EPS of $0.66, $0.27 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.93. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.88 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.79 billion.

Same-store merchandise sales increased 4.0 percent in the second quarter of 2014, which included the Easter holiday, versus growth of 2.2 percent in the second quarter of 2013.
