Capella Education (NASDAQ: CPLA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, or $1.4 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on October 10, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 10, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 8, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
