CareFusion Corp (CFN) Tops Q4 EPS by 7c, Offers Guidance

CareFusion Corp (NYSE: CFN) reported Q4 EPS of $0.79, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.72. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.12 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.04 billion.

CareFusion Corp sees FY2015 EPS of $2.60-$2.75, versus the consensus of $2.68.For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, CareFusion expects revenue to grow 5 to 7 percent on a constant currency basis compared to fiscal 2014 revenue of $3.84 billion.

CareFusion also provided its three-year outlook through fiscal 2017, with expectations for mid-single-digit revenue growth, adjusted operating margins greater than 23 percent and a compound annual growth rate for adjusted diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of 10 percent to 12 percent. The company also expects to invest at least 50 percent of its free cash flow through tuck-in acquisitions and share repurchases over this period.
