Semgroup Corp. (SEMG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 12.5% to $0.27; 1.4% Yield

Semgroup Corp. (NYSE: SEMG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, or $1.08 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.24.

The dividend will be payable on August 28, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 18, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 14, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
