Carlisle Cos. (CSL) Raises Quarterly Dividend 13.6% to $0.25; 1.2% Yield

Carlisle Cos. (NYSE: CSL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 13.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.22.

The dividend will be payable on September 1, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 18, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 14, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
