Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE: LXP) reported Q2 FFO of $0.28, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $109.76 million versus the consensus estimate of $113.1 million.

Lexington Realty Trust sees FY2014 FFO of $1.08-$1.11, versus prior guidance of $1.11-$1.15 and the consensus of $1.12.
