Northstar Realty Finance Corp. (NYSE: NRF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, or $2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 22, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 18, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 14, 2014.
