j2 Global (NASDAQ: JCOM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2775 per share, or $1.11 annualized. This is a 2.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.27.

The dividend will be payable on September 2, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 18, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 14, 2014.
