Tanger Factory Outlet (NYSE: SKT) reported Q2 FFO of $0.47, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $102.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $98.48 million.

Tanger Factory Outlet sees FY2014 FFO of $1.94-$1.98, versus prior guidance of $1.93-$1.99 and the consensus of $1.95.
