Argo Group (NASDAQ: AGII) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 1, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 27, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
