Bel Fuse, Inc. (NASDAQ: BELFA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.24 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on October 31, 2014, to stockholders of record on October 15, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of October 10, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
