International Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. (IFF) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20.5% to $0.47; 1.8% Yield

International Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. (NYSE: IFF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share, or $1.88 annualized. This is a 20.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.39.

The dividend will be payable on October 7, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 25, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 23, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.

Including this authorization, IFF’s quarterly dividend payment will have grown by a compound annual growth rate of 15% over the last four years.
