Rockwell Collins, Inc. (NYSE: COL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on September 2, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 11, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 7, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
