Douglas Emmett (NYSE: DEI) reported Q2 EPS of $0.40, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $148.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $151.57 million.

Douglas Emmett maintains FY2014 EPS of $1.57-$1.63, versus the consensus of $1.60.
