Brooks Automation, Inc. (NASDAQ: BRKS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.

The dividend will be payable on September 26, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 5, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 3, 2014.
