CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust (NYSE: CORR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, or $0.52 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 29, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 15, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 13, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.5 percent.
