WENDY'S (NASDAQ: WEN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 16, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 2, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 28, 2014.
