Capital One Financial Corp. (NYSE: COF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 21, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 11, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 7, 2014.
