North American Offshore (NAO) Declares $0.45 Quarterly Dividend; 9.8% Yield

North American Offshore (NYSE: NAO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share, or $1.8 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 29, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 18, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 14, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 9.8 percent.
