UGI Corp. (NYSE: UGI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3263 per share, or $1.3052 annualized. This is a 10.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.295.

The dividend will be payable on October 1, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 11, 2014.
