IAC/InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ: IACI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share, or $1.36 annualized. This is a 41.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.24.

The dividend will be payable on September 1, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 15, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 13, 2014.
